Service availability may change without notice.

All quotes and estimates provided by Reach Out More are based on the information available at the time of the proposal.

Additional work requested outside the original scope may require a revised quote and additional fees.

Clients agree to provide accurate information; supply required content, images, logos, and branding materials; respond to requests in a timely manner; review submitted work promptly; and obtain rights to any content they provide.

Project delays caused by missing client information may affect delivery timelines.

Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed, deposits may be required before work begins; remaining balances are due according to the agreed payment schedule; and late payments may delay project completion or ongoing services.

Due to the custom nature of our services, deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun, completed work is not eligible for a refund, and if a project is canceled, payment is due for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Any exceptions are at Reach Out More's sole discretion.

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

Reach Out More retains ownership of internal development tools, proprietary frameworks, theme architecture, reusable code libraries, custom software components, processes, and methodologies.

We reserve the right to reuse general development techniques and non-client-specific code in future projects.

Projects may rely on third-party platforms or services, including Shopify, Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), payment processors, hosting providers, domain registrars, and marketing platforms.

Reach Out More is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content, including text, images, videos, trademarks, and logos, complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of others.

Estimated completion dates are provided as guidelines only.

Project schedules may be affected by client revisions, delayed approvals, third-party delays, platform limitations, and technical issues beyond our control.

Projects include the number of revisions specified in the proposal or service agreement.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Monthly services such as website maintenance, SEO, digital marketing, hosting, or support continue according to the selected service plan.

Either party may terminate recurring services with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reach Out More shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or data loss arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

While we use proven strategies and industry best practices, Reach Out More does not guarantee search engine rankings, sales increases, lead volume, advertising performance, revenue growth, social media engagement, or website traffic.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, customer behavior, budgets, and third-party platform algorithms.

We strive to keep our website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida.
