Reach Out More Service Agreement

This Service Agreement is entered into between Reach Out More and the customer purchasing or requesting services through Reach Out More.
By selecting services, submitting onboarding information, accepting this agreement, and continuing to payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Services
Reach Out More may provide services including:
- Search engine listing services
- Business location optimization
- Google Business Profile management
- Google Ads management
- Social media management
- Meta advertising management
- Website design and development
- Website hosting and maintenance
- Search engine optimization
- Product-feed management
- Marketing tools
- Consulting
- Custom digital services
- Other services described in an approved proposal, invoice, product page, or order
The exact services purchased are determined by the customer’s selections, order, invoice, proposal, or written project scope.
2. No Long-Term Contract
Monthly services are provided without a required long-term contract unless a separate written agreement clearly states otherwise.
The customer may cancel a recurring monthly service at any time without a cancellation fee or penalty.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the customer’s current paid billing period. The customer remains responsible for charges already processed and any outstanding balances.
3. Recurring Billing Authorization
By purchasing a recurring service, the customer authorizes Reach Out More and its payment provider to charge the payment method provided at checkout according to the displayed billing schedule.
Recurring charges continue until the customer cancels the subscription.
The customer is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
4. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation at any time through the available customer-account tools or by contacting Reach Out More.
To avoid the next scheduled charge, the cancellation request should be completed before the next billing date.
After cancellation:
- Future renewals will stop.
- No cancellation fee or penalty will be charged.
- Services may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
- Previously processed payments will not be refunded.
5. No-Refund Policy
Because Reach Out More provides professional, digital, custom, and time-based services, payments are non-refundable once processed and work has begun.
Non-refundable charges may include:
- Monthly subscription payments
- Setup fees
- Website-design payments
- Custom-development payments
- Search engine listing services
- Business location optimization
- Google Ads management fees
- Meta Ads management fees
- Social media management fees
- SEO services
- Consulting
- Software configuration
- Integrations
- Product imports
- Custom digital services
- Completed or partially completed work
Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not create a refund for the current or previous billing periods.
Any refund or service credit offered by Reach Out More is discretionary and does not create an obligation to provide future refunds.
6. Advertising Budgets and Third-Party Charges
Reach Out More management fees do not include advertising budgets unless clearly stated otherwise.
The customer is responsible for charges paid to third-party platforms, including Google, Meta, Shopify, domain registrars, software providers, hosting providers, and other vendors.
Reach Out More cannot refund charges collected directly by a third party.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to provide accurate and timely information, content, approvals, credentials, account access, images, logos, business details, and other materials necessary to perform the selected services.
Project timelines may be delayed when required information, access, feedback, or approvals are not provided promptly.
The customer confirms that they have permission to provide all submitted content and account access.
8. Account Access and Security
The customer may be asked to securely authorize access to platforms such as Google, Meta, Shopify, or other services.
The customer remains responsible for ownership and security of their accounts.
Reach Out More will use reasonable safeguards when accessing customer accounts but is not responsible for outages, suspensions, restrictions, policy decisions, or security incidents caused by third-party platforms or customer actions.
9. Website Projects
Website timelines depend on project scope, customer responsiveness, content availability, revisions, integrations, and technical requirements.
Additional work outside the approved scope may require additional charges.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving website content before launch.
10. Revisions and Scope Changes
Services include only the work described in the selected service, proposal, invoice, or written scope.
Major revisions, added features, new integrations, additional pages, or work outside the original scope may require a separate quote or additional payment.
11. No Guaranteed Results
Reach Out More will perform services using professional judgment and reasonable efforts.
However, Reach Out More does not guarantee:
- Specific search rankings
- A specific number of calls, leads, or customers
- Advertising performance
- Sales or revenue increases
- Approval or continued availability of third-party accounts
- Specific Google Maps placement
- Specific social media growth
- Uninterrupted platform availability
Results depend on many factors outside Reach Out More’s control, including competition, market conditions, advertising budgets, customer participation, platform policies, and third-party algorithms.
12. Intellectual Property
The customer retains ownership of materials they provide.
Reach Out More retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, systems, themes, templates, processes, source code, reusable components, methods, and intellectual property.
Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables may be addressed in the applicable proposal, invoice, or project scope.
13. Communication
The customer consents to receiving service-related emails, text messages, invoices, notifications, account-access requests, project updates, and other communications needed to provide services.
14. Suspension or Termination
Reach Out More may suspend or terminate services for:
- Failed or disputed payments
- Misuse of services
- Illegal activity
- Abusive conduct
- Failure to provide required information
- Violation of third-party platform policies
- Material breach of this agreement
Amounts already paid remain non-refundable.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reach Out More will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, advertising losses, platform suspensions, or business interruption.
Reach Out More’s total liability related to a service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Reach Out More for that service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Third-Party Platforms
Reach Out More is not affiliated with or responsible for the policies, actions, outages, suspensions, approvals, restrictions, fees, algorithms, or decisions of third-party platforms.
The customer agrees to comply with the terms and policies of all third-party services used.
17. Electronic Acceptance
Typing the customer’s name, selecting the agreement checkbox, submitting the Get Started questionnaire, and proceeding to payment constitute electronic acceptance of this agreement.
Electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Changes to This Agreement
Reach Out More may update this agreement periodically.
The version accepted at the time of purchase applies to that purchase unless the customer later accepts an updated agreement.
19. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
